- Hourly pay is based on experience, availability, and overall fit for the position.
- Prior hotel, front desk, hospitality, or guest service experience strongly preferred.
- PMS experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and computer skills required.
- Must be professional, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and composed while assisting guests.
- Must be detail-oriented and comfortable handling reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
- Greet and assist guests throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
- Handle check-ins, checkouts, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Quote rates, review availability, and assist with booking requests.
- Answer phones and respond to guest needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow proper cash handling, payment, and deposit procedures.
- Complete shift checklists, balance paperwork, and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with Housekeeping, Valet, Restaurant, and Management teams.
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, local recommendations, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Desk area.
- Help create a positive and polished experience for every guest.
